Brisbane

Brisbane, the capital of the state of Queensland, is known for its student-friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Its green parks with free BBQ are everywhere. The weather is excellent all year round with over 280 days of sun to enjoy outdoors.

It is the third most populated city in Australia after Sydney and Melbourne.

While Sydney is a bit more global and Melbourne is known for its European charm, Brisbane offers the most Australian culture. Besides, life is quiet and cheaper than in the other two big cities.

It has the largest koala sanctuary in the world (Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary), where you can find koalas, kangaroos and other typical Australian animals. There are more than 100 species to interact with. It’s even included in the Guinness World Records.

And this is not all: Brisbane is close to natural paradises, such as endless beaches, tropical forests and unimaginable islands to travel to in your free time.
